Privacy Policy

AI Momentum Intelligence ("we", "the platform") operates tradewiseai.sbs. This policy covers the data we handle when you visit the marketing pages, create an account, use the scanners, watchlists, AI trade plans, journal and coaching features, or pay for a subscription. Questions about anything below go to privatebusiness9@proton.me.

• Account data — email address, display name, hashed authentication credentials or the Google account identifier if you sign in with Google, plus your subscription tier and account role.
• Product data you create — watchlists and alert rules, generated trade plans and the symbols you requested them for, journal entries, holdings you record, and notification history.
• Billing references — a customer and subscription identifier from our payment processor, plan, status and current period end. We never receive or store full card numbers.
• Technical logs — request timestamps, IP address, user agent and error traces generated by our hosting and database providers for security and debugging.

To authenticate you and keep your account secure; to run the features you ask for (scans, AI plans, alerts, journal and coaching); to take payment and grant the entitlements your tier includes; to send transactional email such as welcome, password reset and alert messages; and to detect abuse and fix faults. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your journal entries, holdings or trade plans for advertising.

When you generate or regenerate a trade plan we send the symbol, recent market data and your requested parameters to a large-language-model provider through our AI gateway. We do not send your email address, journal entries or holdings with that request, and the provider is used to produce your response, not to train models on your content.

• Hosting, database, authentication and storage — Lovable Cloud (Supabase).
• Payments and subscription billing — Stripe.
• Transactional email delivery — Lovable Emails, sending from notify.tradewiseai.sbs.
• Market and company data — Twelve Data, Massive, Benzinga and comparable market data providers. These receive symbols, not your identity.
• AI generation — the model providers reachable through the Lovable AI Gateway.

Account and product data is kept for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, your profile, watchlists, trade plans, journal entries and holdings are deleted with it. Billing records are retained for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Technical logs roll off automatically within 30 days.

You can access and correct most of your data directly in the app, and manage or cancel billing from the Account page. For a full export, correction we cannot handle in-app, or deletion of your account and its data, email privatebusiness9@proton.me from your account address. We respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to object to processing, restrict it, or complain to your local data protection authority.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by our hosting provider. Every table holding user data is protected by row-level security so one account cannot read another's records. Privileged operations run server-side behind authentication checks, and API credentials are stored as server-side secrets that are never exposed to the browser.

We use cookies and local storage strictly to keep you signed in, remember your theme and run the checkout session. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

The platform is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children; if you believe a minor has an account, contact us and we will remove it.

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date below. Material changes affecting how we use your data will also be emailed to registered accounts.
