Terms of Service

By creating an account on tradewiseai.sbs or using any part of AI Momentum Intelligence you agree to these terms. If you are using the platform for a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept on its behalf. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract in your jurisdiction.

We provide market scanners, watchlists and alerts, AI-generated trade plans, an IPO calendar, venture funding coverage, a trading journal and coaching digests across stocks, ETFs, forex and crypto. The service is informational and educational software. We are not a broker, exchange, investment adviser or financial planner, we do not execute orders, and nothing produced by the platform is personalised investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything done under your account. Give accurate registration details, use one account per person, and tell us promptly at privatebusiness9@proton.me if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.

• Your first 7 days on any monthly tier cost $1, charged at checkout. When the trial ends your payment method is charged the standard monthly price of the tier you chose and renews monthly until you cancel.
• Annual and lifetime plans are billed once up front. Lifetime access means access for as long as the service operates; it is not a perpetual licence to any third-party data feed.
• Prices are shown on the pricing page in US dollars and exclude any tax that our payment processor is required to add at checkout.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. We store only a customer reference, plan and status; card details stay with the processor.

You can cancel at any time from the Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for and you keep access until then; we do not pro-rate unused time. Cancel during the $1 trial and you will not be charged again. Upgrades and downgrades take effect through the billing portal and are pro-rated by the payment processor. Outside of a statutory right of withdrawal where one applies to you, payments are non-refundable — but if something went wrong with a charge, email us and we will look at it.

Do not resell, redistribute or publicly republish our scan output, market data or AI trade plans; do not scrape, mine or access the platform by automated means outside features we provide; do not share your login, attempt to bypass tier entitlements or authentication, or interfere with the service's operation or other users. Market data supplied by our providers is licensed for your personal, non-commercial use inside the platform.

Trade plans, scores, summaries and coaching notes are produced by automated models from market data that may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. They can contain errors and will not suit every situation. Treat them as one input to your own research, and verify anything before you act on it. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and their outcomes.

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service; maintenance, provider outages or feed interruptions may affect scans, quotes and alerts. Third-party data is provided as received and we do not warrant its accuracy, timeliness or completeness. We may change, add or withdraw features and, where a change materially reduces a paid tier, we will tell affected subscribers in advance.

The platform, its interface, code and original content are ours. Your subscription grants a personal, non-transferable, revocable right to use them while your account is active. Content you create — journal entries, watchlists, notes — remains yours; you grant us only the permission needed to store, process and display it back to you.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non- infringement. Trading involves substantial risk of loss and past performance never guarantees future results. See the full risk disclaimer.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, or any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or unlawful use. On termination your right to use the platform ends; retention of your data follows the Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The date below shows the current version, and material changes will be emailed to registered accounts before they take effect. Continuing to use the platform after that means you accept the updated terms.
